LaundryMatch sends transactional SMS notifications related to active laundry service orders.
How Users Opt In

A customer places an order using the LaundryMatch mobile application.

During checkout, a consent modal appears.

The phone number field is where the user enters their number. It is not mandatory to complete the checkout.

The user must manually check an unchecked box agreeing to SMS notifications.

The user can proceed with checkout with either unchecked or checked selections. This SMS modal is completely optional.
